Hi, I’m Alexander Keller — a Miami native with a passion for people, fashion, and all things real estate.

My path into commercial real estate and private lending wasn’t a straight line. I spent nearly a decade in the pharmacy world before diving headfirst into the investment space, where I joined a fast-growing startup as Chief Marketing Officer. I built the brand from the ground up, scaled our marketing engine, and helped drive monthly sales from $35K to over $240K. It was fast-paced, challenging, and ultimately, it’s where I learned the power of clear strategy and sharp execution.

Today, I bring that same mindset into real estate and finance.

I currently serve as Chief Operating Officer at Paramount Capital Lending — a private lending firm that helps real estate investors move quickly with flexible, business-purpose financing. I also work in commercial real estate investment sales, focusing on multifamily and retail assets. My clients lean on me to help them identify the right opportunities, navigate negotiations, and close with confidence.

In addition to my commercial work, I’m also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, guiding homebuyers and homeowners through purchase and refinance transactions. Whether you’re an investor scaling your portfolio or a first-time buyer entering the market, my goal is always the same: to make the process smooth, strategic, and stress-free.

On the creative side, I use my background in design to build marketing tools that stand out — from pitch kits and property decks to branded materials for agents and investors.
